Design for renovation or new construction of landscape
We will make a visit to your property to look at the area to be
enhanced. Your thoughts and ideas, plant likes and dislikes
will be discussed thoroughly. Your designer will take detailed
measurements of the area. Pricing for the design will be
determined at this time.
With our experience and your preferences and objectives in
mind we will create a design using computerized drafting tools.
Samples of plans available here. The design will be drawn in
plan view (bird’s eye view from above), to scale and ready for
construction. You will receive a copy of your plan along with
pictures and descriptions of the plants used in your design and
an estimate from our contractor if you desire to have your project
installed.
We will visit your home for a second time to present your plan
and answer any questions you might have.
On-site consultation
This service provides you with an hour of professional advice from our designer. This is a good
option to choose if there is a small area that you would like landscaped. Our designer can typically
complete a sketch on-site that will help you with plant selection and placement.
Designer on-site prior or during installation
Your designer is familiar with the plan that was created for your property. It would be beneficial to
have your designer on-site to assist the installers. Correct placement of the plants, trees, beds,
retaining walls, berms, etc. will be crucial during the installation phase.
Assist homeowner with plant/bed layout
Your designer is available to mark the bed edge and assist you with plant placement.
